Remote Camp Project Manager for Food and Lodging Services

Elevate remote camp operations as a Project Manager specializing in food and lodging. Oversee daily operations, ensure health and safety compliance, and lead dynamic teams in a 14/14 rotational schedule.
This role encompasses the complete management of hospitality services in a remote camp environment. You will demonstrate operational leadership while managing a team, client relations, and financial oversight. With responsibility for compliance and mentorship, you will ensure high service levels and strict adherence to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and team supervision

• Manage staff training and mentorship programs

• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

• Maintain client relationships and team communication

• Monitor logistics and administration of site activities
Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of kitchen or housekeeping team management

• Post-secondary education in hospitality or related field

• Experience in remote labor camps is a strong asset

• Proficient in English and Microsoft Office

• Ability to work in a rotational remote setting
