Key Responsibilities:

• Manage effective daily camp operations for smooth execution

• Ensure superior guest services and staff training

• Report daily, weekly, and bi-monthly to clients and Aramark

• Implement budgets and maintain financial accuracy

• Support safety and wellness initiatives on-site

Requirements:

• Three years of management experience in hospitality/tourism

• Proficient in Excel, Quick Books, and reporting tasks

• Proven leadership and organizational skills

• Ability to adapt to unionized workplace settings

• Exceptional time management and prioritization skills
