Housekeeper, Hospitality ​/ Hotel ​/ Catering

Target Hospitality is seeking a Housekeeper to support our remote and workforce lodging facilities. In this role, you will clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, change linens, and restock supplies to deliver safe, comfortable accommodations. You'll follow detailed checklists, handle cleaning chemicals safely, and promptly report maintenance or safety issues. Working in a fast-paced, field-focused environment, you'll help uphold our standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality while supporting large-scale energy, government, and corporate projects.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to Target Hospitality standards
• Change linens, make beds, and replenish towels and guest amenities
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all assigned areas, including remote workforce housing units
• Safely handle and store cleaning chemicals and equipment following safety protocols
• Report maintenance needs, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly
• Follow established checklists and room inspection standards for quality and consistency
• Support laundry duties such as sorting, washing, drying, and folding linens as needed
• Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in clean, organized condition
• Adhere to company safety, health, and sanitation policies in remote work environments
• Provide courteous, responsive service to guests and project personnel
