The Lodge Manager is integral in delivering top-tier service with a focus on hospitality, budgeting, and team management. You will play a crucial role in ensuring operational excellence and fostering a positive environment for staff and guests alike. Collaborate closely with leadership on key performance areas and lead essential training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure high hospitality service standards in all areas

• Act as the primary host for lodge guests

• Manage staff recruitment, schedules, and performance

• Collaborate with management to meet hospitality objectives

• Monitor lodge inventory and operational needs

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in a related field preferred

• Minimum 5 years in hospitality leadership roles

• Valid Occupational First Aid and Food Safe certifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to thrive in remote work settings
