As a Lead Camp Manager, you will direct Land Sea's operations while focusing on the efficiency of housekeeping and catering services in picturesque locations across British Columbia. Candidates should have substantial managerial experience combined with a passion for creating enjoyable living conditions for staff. This full-time position entails working long hours with scheduled breaks

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily camp operations and housekeeping

• Maintain safety and cleanliness in all facilities

• Submit comprehensive camp report documentation

• Train and mentor camp housekeeping staff

• Act as a liaison between staff and clients for service satisfaction

Requirements:

• 4+ years in the catering and housekeeping field

• 3 or more years in a managerial role

• Certification in Food Safety and First Aid

• Knowledge of Point of Sale systems

• Strong organizational and time management skills
