The Sales Executive Meeting Manager serves as the primary contact for clients after contracts are executed, ensuring all meeting and event details are planned, communicated, and executed flawlessly. This position manages corporate meetings, conferences, retreats, and group events from turnover through completion while partnering closely with resort departments to deliver exceptional service and maximize client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, and is passionate about creating memorable experiences.

• Event & Meeting Planning Manage assigned group business from contract turnover through post-event follow-up. Conduct planning meetings with clients to finalize meeting agendas, banquet event orders (BEOs), rooming lists, audiovisual requirements, and special requests. Prepare detailed event documentation and ensure timely distribution to operational departments. Coordinate all event logistics including guestrooms, banquet functions, meeting room setups, food & beverage functions, recreation activities, transportation, and spa appointments.
  
  Ensure all client expectations are communicated accurately to internal teams.
