NANA Regional Corporation, Inc. is seeking a Rotational Hotel Cook (Level
2) to support the Qavartarvik Customer Lodge in Bethel, AK. The role provides lodging and three meals daily, with a 4 weeks on/4 weeks off rotation from Anchorage origins.
Responsibilities include preparing, producing, and presenting a variety of foods, reviewing production sheets, and maintaining sanitation. FDA/Serv Safe certification within 30 days is required, along with English fluency and safety training.
