Guest Services Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and guest-focused Guest Services Manager to oversee guest relations and front office operations at their upscale property in Sandton . This hybrid role requires a leader dedicated to ensuring an exceptional and seamless guest experience from arrival to departure. You will manage the front desk team, handle guest concerns with professionalism, and implement service standards that align with the hotel's luxury brand.

The ideal candidate possesses strong interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating memorable moments for every guest.

• Lead and manage the front desk, concierge, and guest relations teams.
• Ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes, handling reservations and guest inquiries accurately.
• Proactively address guest concerns and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Develop and implement service standards and training programs for guest-facing staff.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences throughout their stay.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in guest services, front office management, or a similar hospitality role.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS).
• A strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards and guest expectations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a hybrid capacity.
