Target Hospitality is seeking a Head Chef to lead the lodge kitchen, ensuring timely meal preparation and supervision of staff across rotation schedules. You will implement culinary standards, manage inventory, and uphold HACCP compliance in a remote, camp-style environment.
You will report to the Lodge Manager, drive safety meetings, review menus with the Chef, and coordinate production with strong leadership and a customer-focused mindset.
