Key Responsibilities:- Assist clients with hotel and resort bookings through approved online platforms
- Provide lodging recommendations based on destination, travel dates, and budget
- Accurately input reservation details and confirm all booking components
- Handle changes, cancellations, and special client requests with professionalism
