Front Office Receptionist (Part‑time) – Courtyard Amsterdam
Work schedule:
Part‑time, 4 days a week.
- Handle guest arrivals and departures, completing all shift checklists.
- Respond to all guest requests, including concierge services.
- Meet and serve guests from a variety of nationalities each day.
- Provide personal, friendly service to every guest.
- Focus on delivering an excellent guest experience.
- Pay close attention to detail.
- Work collaboratively as a team player.
- Demonstrate flexibility, energy, and a positive attitude.
- Utilize technology and operate with the Opera PMS system.
- Communicate fluently in English and Dutch; a third language is a plus.
- Remain flexible to work night shifts.
- Previous experience working in hotel reception.
- Familiarity with the Opera PMS system.
