You will be the primary point of contact for clients, managing everything from menu selection and logistics to on‑site coordination during events. • Collaborate with clients to design customized menus and manage all catering requirements for events.

• Conduct pre-event site visits and liaise with venue managers to ensure all details are in place.
• Oversee on‑site catering operations during events, managing staff and ensuring service standards are met.
• Address any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally during events.
• Manage inventory and procurement of catering supplies and ingredients.

• Previous experience in event coordination, catering, or hospitality management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid setting.
