Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Cruise & Resort Booking Specialist to assist clients with coordinating cruise vacations and resort stays. This fully remote role supports the reservation process from initial inquiry through confirmed booking, ensuring accuracy and a positive client experience.
This is an entry-level opportunity within the travel industry. Comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.
Key Responsibilities:Assist clients with researching cruise itineraries and resort options
Coordinate and confirm reservations for cruises, hotels, and all-inclusive properties
Review booking details including travel dates, accommodations, and payment timelines
Communicate clearly with clients regarding itinerary updates and travel requirements
Maintain organized client records and documentation
Provide follow-up support before and after travel
Qualifications:Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Comfortable navigating online booking systems and digital tools
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience is helpful but not required
