Your role encompasses managing guest services, facilitating purchases, and maintaining cleanliness across the lodge. A friendly demeanor and a capacity for organization will help ensure every guests' needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate guests about available pursuits and attractions

• Oversee check-in and check-out efficiently

• Direct inquiries via phone and email accurately

• Maintain cleanliness of shared spaces

• Handle cash and transaction operations

Requirements:

• Must hold Alberta Pro Serve Certification

• Previous hotel operation experience preferred

• Great organizational and time management skills

• Strong focus on guest satisfaction

• Able to lift 50 pounds
