Brasserie Chef De Partie

Full-Time Position (40 hours) - Up to £35k (includes Service charge)

We’re currently looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our dedicated 2 Rosettes Brasserie team

Your role in our family:

• Work with an incredible team who provide our guests with unforgettable cuisine
• Be responsible for ensuring that all food items are prepared and presented to deliver an excellent guest experience while assisting with food cost controls
• Prepare and present high-quality dishes
• Assist in positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships

What would make you the perfect fit?

• Diploma or degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts or related major; NVQ Level 2 or 3 in professional cookery is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar Chef de Partie role within a high-end hotel or fine dining environment
• Solid understanding of excellence in customer service, preferably gained in a 5-star or luxury hospitality setting
• Solid understanding of modern and classical cooking techniques, with the ability to execute a diverse range of dishes to a consistent level.
• Skilled in preparing and plating dishes across various sections (e.g. grill, larder, garnish, or sauce), with attention to detail and efficient prep management.
• A positive, team-focused attitude with a passion for delivering elevated brasserie-style cuisine in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

We are a licensed Skilled Worker sponsor and are pleased to also welcome applications from talented chefs who are eligible to work in the UK under the Skilled Worker route.

We may be able to provide Skilled Worker sponsorship for chefs who are already living in the UK and who were first granted permission under the Skilled Worker route before 22 July 2025, provided they have held continuous Skilled Worker permission since that date.

We are keen to hear from all experienced and enthusiastic chefs who meet the requirements for the role.
