About the Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Hospitality Operations Manager to oversee and optimize operations within their diverse portfolio. This fully remote position offers the flexibility to manage teams and drive strategic initiatives from anywhere. You will be instrumental in enhancing guest experiences, streamlining operational workflows, and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery across multiple properties. This role requires a proactive leader with a keen eye for detail and a passion for the hospitality industry, contributing to innovative solutions and maintaining operational excellence in a virtual setting.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction across all managed properties.
- Manage remote teams, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure adherence to service standards.
- Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control measures to maintain financial health.
- Conduct virtual audits and quality assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service departments to align operational efforts with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and industry regulations in a remote operational context.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality management, with a proven track record in operations.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, F&B, and guest services management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, particularly in a remote environment.
