About the Role
Our client is seeking an accomplished and visionary Director of Hotel Operations for a fully remote leadership position within the vibrant Hospitality & Tourism sector. This executive role focuses on overseeing and enhancing the operational efficiency and guest experience across a portfolio of hotels, leveraging technology and innovative management practices. You will be responsible for setting operational standards, driving performance improvements, and ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional service.

- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to enhance guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability across all managed properties.
- Establish and maintain high service standards, ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences throughout the customer journey.
- Oversee departmental budgets, cost control measures, and resource allocation to maximize financial performance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of hotel managers and operational staff, fostering a culture of accountability and service excellence.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational success and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards across all hotel operations.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in hotel operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., General Manager, Director of Operations).
- Demonstrated success in managing multi-property portfolios and driving operational improvements.
- Strong financial acumen, with expertise in budgeting, P&L management, and cost control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams remotely.
- Proficiency in hotel operations software and management systems.
- A comprehensive understanding of the Hospitality & Tourism industry trends and best practices.
