About the Role

Our client is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Remote Catering Coordinator to manage the logistical aspects of client events. In this fully remote position, you will be the central point of contact for coordinating menus, staffing, equipment, and delivery schedules to ensure seamless catering experiences. Your primary focus will be on translating client requests into actionable plans for the catering team and ensuring all details are meticulously managed.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to thrive in a virtual environment, ensuring exceptional service delivery from planning stages to event completion.

• Coordinate all logistical elements for catering events, including menu finalization, guest counts, and delivery times.
• Communicate effectively with clients to confirm event details and address any queries or special requirements.
• Liaise with the catering team , chefs, and service staff to ensure smooth event execution.
• Manage the booking and scheduling of necessary equipment, linens, and staffing resources.
• Maintain accurate event records and documentation, ensuring all details are logged for future reference.

• Previous experience in event coordination , catering administration, or a similar logistical support role.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong proficiency with virtual communication and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Asana).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client and team interaction.
