About the Role
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Remote Hospitality Operations Specialist to join their fully remote team, supporting operations across various properties. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth functioning of hospitality services, managing online presence, and optimizing operational efficiency from a distance. You will leverage technology to communicate with on-site teams, manage reservations, and implement best practices.

- Manage and optimize online booking platforms and property management systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide remote support and guidance to on-site hotel staff, addressing operational challenges and implementing solutions.
- Monitor online reviews and guest feedback, developing strategies to enhance online reputation and guest satisfaction.
- Assist in developing and refining operational procedures and training materials for hospitality staff.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient service delivery.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in hospitality operations, hotel management, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively in a remote setting.
- Proficiency with property management systems (PMS), booking engines, and online travel agencies (OTAs).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
