JOB TITLE– Front of House Supervisor

RATE OF PAY– £12.98 per hour plusexcellent benefits!

Experience with Opera PMS is a bonus, but not essential – we’ll happily train you!

As Front of House Supervisor, you’ll be a key ambassador for Tŷ Hotel Magor. Your mission will be to:

• Lead the Front of House team during your shift
• Deliver outstanding guest service from arrival to departure
• Ensure all front office standards are followed and upheld
• Support ongoing training to keep the team confident and skilled
• Create a warm, welcoming environment where guests feel right at home
