This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering exceptional conferences,exhibitions, gala dinners, corporate events and high-profile occasions at oneof the UK's leading resort destinations.

Acting as the primary point of contact for your clients, you'll guide them through every stage of their event journey,ensuring every detail is flawlessly planned and expertly delivered.

Our Ideal Hero Will Have
  • Previous experience in event planning, event sales or conference and banqueting operations
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent IT skills and confidence using booking, CRM or event management systems
  • Apassion for customer service and creating memorable experiences
  • Commercial awareness and confidence identifying upselling opportunities
  • Aqualification in Hospitality, Events Management or a related discipline would be advantageous
Implementing Our'Yes, We Can' Philosophy, You Will
  • Manage your own portfolio of conferences and events from handover through to completion
  • Build strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the planning process
  • Produce accurate Event Orders and ensure all departments are fully informed ofclient requirements
  • Coordinatepre-event meetings, site visits, menu tastings and client show rounds
  • Liaise closely with operational departments to ensure seamless event delivery
  • Meetand greet clients during their event and act as their key point of contacton-site
  • Manage event amendments, ensuring all relevant teams receive updated information promptly
  • Monitor event revenue, deposits and contractual commitments, maintaining accurate records within Delphi
  • Maximise revenue opportunities through the promotion and upselling of Resort facilities and services
  • Gather client feedback, complete post-event reviews and support future business opportunities
