About the Role

Our client is seeking a charismatic and knowledgeable Hotel Concierge to provide exceptional service to guests at their premier establishment in Randburg . This role is the face of guest services, responsible for anticipating needs, making recommendations, and arranging services to ensure memorable stays. You will be the go-to person for information on local attractions, dining, transportation, and entertainment, ensuring every guest's request is handled with efficiency and a personalized touch.

• Provide information and recommendations on local attractions, dining, entertainment, and transportation.
• Arrange reservations for restaurants, tours, and other guest activities with efficiency and accuracy.
• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with professionalism and a proactive approach.
• Coordinate with various vendors and service providers to fulfill guest needs.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of local events and area happenings.
• Ensure the lobby and concierge desk are well-maintained and presentable at all times.

• Proven experience as a Hotel Concierge or in a similar guest-facing role.
• Extensive knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and services in the Randburg area.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a polished presentation.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness in fulfilling guest requests.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple guest needs simultaneously.
• Proficiency in hotel reservation systems and concierge software.
