Do you love discovering new destinations and helping people turn travel ideas into memorable experiences? We're looking for a Travel Planning Associate to assist with organizing trips, coordinating reservations, and helping clients bring their plans together.
What You'll Do- Assist with trip planning and itinerary coordination
- Research destinations, accommodations, and activities
- Coordinate reservations and travel details
- Communicate with clients and travel partners
- Keep trip information organized and up to date
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Friendly, professional communication style
- Comfortable learning new tools and systems
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Travel experience is a plus, but not required
- Fully remote flexibility
