About UsWe help clients research and arrange vacation experiences, including cruises. Our focus is on understanding client preferences, explaining available options, and coordinating accurate reservation details.
Responsibilities- Gather client sailing dates, budgets, and vacation preferences
- Research cruise lines, itineraries, ships, and cabin categories
- Explain available amenities, packages, and reservation policies
- Compare suitable sailing options for client review
- Coordinate cruise reservations through supplier resources
- Verify passenger names, sailing dates, and booking details
- Assist with dining preferences and special requests
- Research transfers, pre-cruise accommodations, and excursions
- Track booking deadlines and supplier confirmations
- Help coordinate reservation changes
- Complete ongoing cruise supplier training
- Interest in cruises and vacation planning
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Comfortable comparing itineraries and reservation options
- Basic computer, email, and internet research skills
- Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines
- Willingness to learn cruise booking resources
- Reliable internet access
- Cruise, hospitality, or customer service experience is helpful but not required
