Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Resort & Travel Coordinator to assist with reservations, scheduling, and client travel support.

Key Responsibilities- Coordinate resort stays, cruise reservations, and travel arrangements
- Assist clients with booking details and travel preferences
- Review and manage reservation information for accuracy
- Communicate booking confirmations and travel updates
- Maintain organized booking and client records
- Support a smooth reservation process from start to finish
- Must reside in the United States
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stay organized in a remote environment
- Comfortable using online booking and scheduling systems
- Reliable internet connection
- Customer service or administrative experience
- Interest in travel, hospitality, or vacation planning
- Flexible work-from-home environment
