From glittering gala dinners to international conferences, our Conference & Banqueting team is at the heart of unforgettable guest experiences, and we’re looking for a motivated, enthusiastic C&B Porter to join us.

No two days are the same, you’ll be setting up event spaces, supporting our clients and guests, and ensuring our suites look flawless. It’s a hands-on, fast-paced role perfect for someone who loves being active, working as part of a team, and creating memorable moments forevery guest.
What You’ll Be Doing- Setting up and breaking down meeting and banqueting spaces to our high resort standards
- Supporting guests and clients with equipment or parcel movement
- Maintaining a clean, safe and well-presented working environment
- Looking after C&B equipment and reporting anyissues promptly
- Working closely with your team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Attending training, briefings and contributing to a positive team culture
- Promoting resort facilities through excellent knowledge and communication
Essential:
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Good communication skills
- Basic IT skills
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
- Comfortable with manual handling and being on your feet
Desirable:
- Experience with in a hotel or events environment
- Stock or parcel control experience
- Driving licence
- First Aid or Health & Safety training
