Our client is seeking a seasoned Remote Hospitality Consultant to provide expert advice and strategic guidance to a diverse range of hospitality businesses across South Africa. In this fully remote role, you will leverage your extensive industry knowledge to help clients optimize operations, enhance guest experiences, improve profitability, and adapt to evolving market trends. You will work independently, managing your time effectively to deliver high-impact solutions and recommendations.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client operations, identifying areas for improvement in service, efficiency, and profitability.
• Develop and present strategic recommendations and action plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
• Provide expert consultation on topics such as service standards, operational efficiency, marketing strategies, and revenue management.
• Assist clients in implementing recommendations and monitor progress towards achieving set objectives.
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in hospitality management.
• Deliver virtual training sessions and workshops to client staff and management as needed.

• Minimum of 8 years of extensive experience in senior management roles within the hospitality industry (hotels, restaurants, tourism).
• Proven track record in successfully consulting for multiple hospitality businesses.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent virtual communication, presentation, and client relationship management abilities.
• Proficiency in various hospitality software and operational tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
