Conference Travel Project CoordinatorFull Time Fenton, MO, US
This role supports the mission to Share Christ – Love People by coordinating volunteer enrollment and communications for Joyce Meyer Ministries. Provide appropriate documentation for each conference, create the driving schedules, calculate and request per diem, and support the Travel Team and Helps Team. Work with the hotel sourcing company to establish hotels for conferences, organize hotel contracts, and complete hotel grids as needed for each hotel.

Responsibilities:
- Manage volunteer information for each Joyce Meyer conference
- Edit and proofread emails, volunteer invites, and other printed or email pieces from Creative Services that will be sent to volunteers
- Responsible for volunteer email reminders, confirmation guides, and badges for all conferences
- Request updates to the website volunteer registration page
- Request and review hotel contracts from the hotel sourcing company before signature
- Establish and maintain a hotel grid for each conference and speaking engagement
- Invoice hotels for rebates after each conference and speaking engagement
- Perform volunteer and hotel coordination on site at conferences
- Calculate and request per diem, create driving schedules, organize carpools, and book car rentals
- Create all necessary documents and spreadsheets to be used by the Helps Team for each conference
- Ensure all pertinent information necessary for the Helps Team is loaded on the trucks for each conference
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office operating environment (Excel, Word, Outlook),
- Knowledge of Concur and Salesforce
- Knowledge of hotel contracts and room blocks, ground transportation, and per diem practices
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
- Ability to organize and prioritize work
- Ability to work quickly under pressure
- Self-motivated and team-oriented
- Ability to work with all levels within the organization
- Excellent problem-solving skills
Education:
- Associate's degree or equivalent years of experience
