Help Families Turn Vacation Ideas Into Unforgettable Experiences
We're seeking enthusiastic Family Vacation & Theme Park Travel Planners to help clients navigate the many details involved in planning family getaways.
From theme park vacations and cruises to resorts and multi-generational trips, you'll help families research options and organize travel arrangements based on their needs, preferences, and budgets.
Responsibilities- Consult with clients about their family's travel needs and vacation goals
- Research family-friendly destinations and accommodations
- Assist with theme park, cruise, resort, hotel, and vacation package planning
- Compare available travel options
- Coordinate eligible reservations and travel arrangements
- Create organized itineraries and provide important trip information
- Help clients understand available travel options and supplier policies
- Communicate professionally throughout the planning process
- Provide customer support before and after travel
- Continue developing destination and supplier knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Friendly and customer-focused personality
- Ability to organize multiple details and deadlines
- Comfortable working with computers and online platforms
- Ability to work independently
- Interest in family travel, hospitality, tourism, or vacation planning
Customer service or travel experience is helpful but not required. Training and ongoing education are available.
$35,000 - $65,000 a year
Position Details- Fully Remote
- Independent Contractor (1099)
- Flexible Scheduling
- Commission-Based Compensation
This is not a salaried or hourly position. Compensation is earned through eligible travel bookings and varies based on individual booking activity and completed travel.
