Remote Hotel Revenue Manager

Our client is seeking a strategic and analytical Remote Hotel Revenue Manager to optimize profitability for their portfolio of properties. In this key role, you will leverage data-driven insights to forecast demand, set pricing strategies, and manage inventory across various distribution channels, all from a remote location. You will work closely with hotel management teams to implement effective revenue management practices and ensure maximum occupancy and average daily rate (ADR).

• Manage room inventory and pricing strategies across various online travel agencies (OTAs), global distribution systems (GDS), and direct channels.
• Collaborate with hotel sales and marketing teams to align revenue strategies with promotional activities.
• Monitor booking pace, production, and performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations to management.
• Implement and manage revenue management systems and tools to streamline operations and enhance decision-making.

• Proven experience as a Hotel Revenue Manager or in a similar strategic revenue management role within Hospitality & Tourism .
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in revenue management software and Microsoft Excel.
• In-depth understanding of pricing strategies, demand forecasting, and market segmentation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders remotely.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
