Virtual Assistant

CS Outsource is looking for an experienced Short-Term Rental (STR) Property Manager Virtual Assistant to support US-based clients with the daily management and operations of vacation rentals and short-term rental properties. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Airbnb, Vrbo, Guesty, Hostaway
, and other property management systems, along with strong skills in guest communication, maintenance coordination, and listing management.

• Manage day-to-day operations of short-term rental (STR) properties listed on Airbnb, Vrbo
  , and other booking platforms.
• Handle guest communication
  , booking inquiries, check-in/check-out instructions, complaints, and guest concerns.
• Manage reservations, availability calendars, and listing updates across multiple booking platforms.
• Use Guesty, Hostaway
  , or similar property management systems to manage reservations and streamline daily operations.
• Monitor pricing, occupancy, and booking performance to support revenue growth.
• Coordinate cleaning teams, maintenance vendors, and property inspections between guest stays.
• Resolve guest issues, urgent maintenance requests, and operational escalations promptly.
• Maintain accurate property records, booking details, and operational documentation.
• Communicate with property owners regarding property performance, maintenance, and operational updates.
• Ensure properties are guest-ready and meet quality standards before check-in.
• Monitor guest reviews and feedback and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs) and help improve operational efficiency.

• Proven experience in STR property management or vacation rental operations
  .
• Hands-on experience with Airbnb and Vrbo
  .
• Practical experience using Guesty, Hostaway
  , or similar property management systems.
• Strong understanding of guest relations, reservation management, and property operations
  .
• Experience coordinating cleaning, maintenance, and property turnovers
  .
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  .
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
  .
• Ability to manage multiple properties and handle time-sensitive issues.
• High attention to detail and a guest-focused mindset
  .
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  .

• Experience with property management systems such as Guesty, Hostaway, Hospitable, Lodgify, or Hostfully
  .
• Familiarity with revenue management tools such as Price Labs or Beyond Pricing
  .
• Experience with channel management, pricing optimization, and occupancy management
  .
• Knowledge of vendor management, maintenance coordination, and owner reporting
  .
• Previous experience supporting US-based property management companies
  .
