Senior Event Catering Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Event Catering Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality catering services for a diverse range of events in and around

You will be responsible for leading a team of catering staff, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through strategic event planning and service excellence. This position offers a hybrid work model, combining essential on-site coordination with remote administrative duties, providing flexibility and engagement.

• Manage all aspects of event catering operations, from initial client consultation to post-event evaluation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and exceeding expectations.
• Create detailed event proposals, menus, and budgets, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
• Lead, train, and motivate the catering team to deliver exceptional service standards.
• Oversee event logistics, including staffing, equipment, transportation, and venue coordination.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and pre-event planning meetings.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and waste reduction initiatives for catering supplies.
• Collaborate with culinary teams to develop innovative and appropriate menus for various events.
• Handle client feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management or catering management, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent understanding of food and beverage operations, menu planning, and costing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in event management software and standard office applications.
