• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial performance of catering events.

• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality products and services.

• Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience in event catering management.
• Demonstrated experience in menu planning, culinary execution, and event logistics.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and P&L management.
• Excellent client relations and communication skills.
• Proficiency in virtual collaboration tools and event management software.
• A strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
