Position: Cruise & Resort Reservations Advisor (Remote)
Description:

Assist clients with cruises, resorts, and vacation packages.
Research cruise lines, itineraries, ships, destinations, and resort options.
Compare accommodations, room and cabin categories, amenities, and available packages.
Recommend options aligned with clients’ preferences and budgets.
Coordinate eligible travel reservations and prepare reservation details.
Monitor relevant supplier promotions.
Answer client questions throughout the planning process.
Provide professional pre- and post-travel support.
Build knowledge of cruise lines, resort brands, and popular destinations.

Requirements:

Strong communication and customer service skills.
Organized and detail-oriented approach.
Interest in researching and comparing travel options.
Ability to work independently as a remote contractor.
Willingness to complete training and continue learning.
Previous travel, hospitality, reservations, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
