Regional Director, Franchise US Operations; Fully Remote

• Manage new hotel opening timelines and coordinate project milestones with cross-functional teams.
• Serve as main liaison between franchise owners, hotel leadership, and internal departments.
• Conduct on-site visits and provide consultation to resolve operational obstacles.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in hotel management or equivalent experience; CHA preferred.
• 5-7 years of progressive hotel industry experience and project management in a matrix organization.
• Willing to travel 75-80% and reside in Charlotte, NC area.
• Annual salary of $106,000–$117,000 plus bonus eligibility.
