The Role:
We are seeking motivated and experienced recruiters to join us. You’ll take ownership of your desk and work closely with our existing team to deliver excellent service to both clients and candidates. This is a results‑focused role suited to those who are self‑driven and confident managing their own time and pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the full 360 recruitment process
• Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Writing job ads
• Negotiating offers and closing placements

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in recruitment (any sector, financial planning services preferred)
• Driven, proactive, and highly organised
• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and manage your own workflow
• Comfortable working remotely and using CRM systems
