The People Attraction & Recruiting Partner will be a key driver in shaping the future of Tyr Ads’ global workforce. This role blends strategic recruitment, active sourcing, and talent attraction initiatives.
You will lead end-to-end hiring across various teams and regions while developing long‑term talent pipelines, strengthening our presence in the global talent market, and partnering closely with stakeholders to ensure we bring in the right people at the right time.
This strategic, hands‑on role for someone who loves both building and executing.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple roles across different regions, departments, and seniority levels
- Coordinate global hiring activities, including screenings, competency‑based interviews, and candidate assessments
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, advising on market trends, candidate profiles, and selection criteria
- Manage the full candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a positive recruitment journey
- Build and manage talent pipelines through active sourcing, networking, and targeted outreach (Linked In, talent communities, referrals)
- Maintain accurate data and recruiting metrics in our HRIS system (HiBob)
- Support employer branding initiatives and contribute ideas to strengthen our global presence
- Identify new channels and strategies to attract high‑quality global talent
- Collaborate on strategic HR and people‑related projects to enhance Tyr Ads’ talent strategy
- Contribute to broader HR and people‑related projects as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- 3–5 years of hands‑on recruitment experience, ideally in fast‑growing, multicultural, or digital/tech environments
- Proven track record in active sourcing, networking, and engaging passive candidates across different regions
- Experience hiring global talent across Asia, Europe, or other international markets
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills with the ability to identify high‑potential candidates
- Comfortable developing recruitment strategies and advising stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written);
Bahasa Indonesia is a plus - Proficiency in MS Office and hands‑on experience with HRIS/ATS platforms (HiBob preferred)
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset and solution‑driven approach
