Payroll Specialist

Due to growth, Omnia Healthcare Group is adding a Payroll Specialist to our home office payroll team. The Payroll Specialist position assists employees with timecard reconciliation, payroll journal review, and maintains employee database and files. Please note, this is a fully on-site position at our Lincolnwood, Illinois office, with no remote option.

$52,000.00/yr – $70,000.00/yr

• Review payroll journals for accuracy
• Ensure benefits changes are entered appropriately in the payroll system for payroll deduction
• Serve as a point of contact for payroll related questions, inquiries, and concerns
• Review and assure entries are accurately inputted to reflect changes
• Other duties as assigned

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiar with general accounting principles
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software

• Data Entry experience required
• Previous payroll experience required
• Experience using Paycor preferred
