Talent Manager, Recruiter, HR / Recruitment Consultant, HR Manager
Omnia Healthcare Group is seeking a Recruiter to join their team! The Recruiter leads day to day recruitment operations for their assigned regionof skilled nursing facilities and is responsible for managing all aspects of the full cycle recruitment process.
This role partners closely with Human Resources colleagues, Regional Operations leadership, and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensuretimelyhiring outcomes. The Recruiter plays a key role in delivering a consistent, professional, and positive candidate experience whilemaintainingcompliance with company policies and hiring standards. This role is based in our Lincolnwood, Illinois Home Office and requires in-person work Monday through Friday, with flexibility to travel to our skilled nursing facilities as needed.

Recruiter Duties and Responsibilities- Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process including building HR designees and hiring managers through the ATS tracking process.
- Requests retraining from the People and Talent Strategy Manager for HR designees when processes are not followed without recruitment and ATS practices.
- Responds to all new applicants within 16 business hours through the ATS, either through attempting to schedule interviews, working with the hiring manager to review, or turning down unqualified applicants.
- Collaborates with a variety of managers to set up candidate interviews.
- Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, potentially recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- May make job offers and complete the background check process when the facility HR designee needs assistance.
- Providing and analyzing reports from ATS and HRI, to ensure systems are accurately updated and processes followed by HR designees and hiring managers.
- Utilize recruitment tools to identify and reengage past applicants to assess interest in new or upcoming openings.
- Establishes and maintains professional connections with applicants to support both current and future hiring needs, ensuring ongoing engagement and communication.
- Assists People and Talent Strategy Manager with development of recruitment and retention programs.
- Candidate mining and initial contact through various job boards and social media.
- Manages sponsored jobs and adheres to budget, recommending additional spending where needed.
- Assists with retention efforts by communicating with new hires and participating in review of survey feedback.
- May assist with Home Office recruitment, as needed.
- May assist with reviewing, assigning, handling, and resolving recruitment tickets.
- Leads the process for requesting new positions, as needed.
- Special projects, as assigned.
- All other duties as assigned.
Skills and Abilities
- Basic HR knowledge as it relates to recruiting and benefits.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
- Ability to communicate professionally, both in writing and in-person.
- Strong Grammar skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with others.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Intermediate MS Office skills (e.g. Word, Power point, Excel).
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Education and Experience
- Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, Sales, Business, Human Resource Management or the equivalent recruiting experience is preferred.
- Certificate in Human Resources Management with a solid understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and talent management processes.
- Experience working with a variety of Applicant Tracking Systems preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in or recruiting for a skilled nursing facility or healthcare preferred.
- Must have the ability to sit, stand, walk, stoop and reach, and to use hands to manipulate the computer, writing, calculator, or other instruments to carry out responsibilities of the position, with or without accommodation.
- Must have adequate vision to perform essential job functions.
- Ability to travel to facilities at least 25% of the time.
