We are seeking a skilled, independent, and entrepreneurial recruiter to join our team on a commission-only basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a performance-based environment and wants to build a lucrative business within the thriving healthcare and manufacturing industries.
CompensationEarn a generous 15% commission on each successful placement. Our placement fees typically range from $10,000 to $31,000, meaning your commission per placement could be anywhere from $1,500 to $4,650. The more placements you make, the more you earn!
Responsibilities- Full-cycle recruiting:
From sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews. Offer negotiation is handled by our internal team. - Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates within the healthcare and manufacturing sectors.
- Build and maintain a strong network of candidates and industry contacts.
- Manage the candidate pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with our team to understand client needs and match them with the best talent.
- Effectively manage your time and prioritize tasks to maximize your earning potential.
- Proven track record of success in recruiting, preferably within the healthcare and/or manufacturing industries.
- Must have your own sourcing tools and resources (e.g., Linked In Recruiter, industry-specific job boards, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Comfortable with a commission-only compensation structure.
- Understanding that initial placements may take 60-90 days on average, but consistent effort will lead to a steady stream of income.
This is a 100% commission-based role. While we offer a very competitive commission structure, it's essential to understand that income is directly tied to your performance. The initial ramp-up period may require patience and dedication as you build your pipeline. However, with consistent hard work and a strategic approach, you can establish a reliable and substantial income stream. We are confident that a driven recruiter can quickly achieve consistent and significant earnings.
