Position: Hybrid Administrative Assistant (HR Department)

From fitness and performance to immune health, sleep, and overall wellness, our products are designed to help people feel their best every day. With continued growth across multiple categories and exciting new product launches ahead, we’re expanding our team and looking for a motivated HR Administrative Assistant for our Schaumburg, IL location.

Pay Range: $50,000 – $60,000 per year.
Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days work from home.

What You’ll Do:
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing offer letters, coordinating new‑hire paperwork, and assisting with employee orientation.
  • Assist with benefits administration, ensuring employees have access to accurate information and timely support.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Maintain and update HRIS data to ensure employee records are current and accurate.
  • Provide administrative support including managing the HR inbox, organizing employee documentation, and assisting with compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to enhance employee experience and streamline HR processes.
  • Contribute to various projects and reports related to headcount, engagement, and other HR metrics.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 6 months of office experience in an administrative role (HR experience is a plus but not required).
  • College degree preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Great communicator with a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Google Suite experience is a plus.
  • Eager to learn, grow, and take initiative in a supportive, team‑oriented environment.
