HR-IT / SAP Success Factors Consultant (m/f/d)

This role offers a varied and exciting area of responsibility in HR IT. The HR-IT / SAP Success Factors Consultant will support customers throughout the entire project lifecycle-from requirements analysis and conception to implementation and operation-acting as an expert in innovative HR solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Consulting on the conception, development, and implementation of HR-IT concepts for national and international customers
• Conducting workshops, testing, and trainings at customer locations
• Configuring SAP HR solutions, with module experience in Employee Central, Time Management, or Payroll
• Taking responsibility as a project manager
• Supporting customers in optimizing their system landscape, analyzing errors, proposing improvements, and managing HR IT solutions in cloud environments

Profile:

• Technically skilled, communicative, committed, curious, and motivated to work on innovative topics
• Holds a degree in industrial engineering, business informatics, computer science, business administration, or a related field
• Has experience implementing one or multiple SAP Success Factors modules
• Project management experience is an advantage
• Willingness to travel for national and international project assignments
• Fluent in German and English is a must
  ; knowledge of French is an additional advantage
