We are currently looking for an experienced and strategically minded leader to join our team as Corporate Human Resources Director
. In this role, you will shape and drive HR initiatives worldwide, working closely with executive leadership to define our corporate culture, talent strategy, and people processes.
- Lead and mentor an HR team of three, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
- Develop and implement a global HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Advise the executive team on strategic HR matters and organizational development.
- Design, implement, and maintain global HR policies, programs, and systems.
- Lead talent management initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and employee development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal standards across all locations.
- Foster employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the global HR team while managing HR budgets and KPIs.
- Utilize HR analytics to support business decisions and continuous improvement.
- Support corporate sustainability reporting requirements related to human rights, social protection, pay equity, and health & safety.
- Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Human Resources Management, or a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organizational Psychology.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, including leading an HR team.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels, including C-level executives.
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, discretion, and trustworthiness.
- Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, solution-focused, accurate, and proactive.
- Proficient in Microsoft O365, including MS Teams, knowledge of ABACUS is a plus.
- Very good command of German (C1–C2) and English (C1).
