Please note that this is a 6‑month contract role. It can be performed from either Toronto, Canada or Schaumburg, IL, USA.

• Manage a dedicated recruitment portfolio across multiple verticals.
• Partner with hiring leaders to formulate and execute recruitment strategies.
• Sourcing and managing talent from applications, headhunting, and referrals to fill vacant roles and build talent pools for future needs.
• Support hiring managers in interviews to ensure a fair and equal process.
• Provide timely and meaningful candidate feedback.
• Deliver a premium recruitment experience for hiring managers, internal stakeholders, and candidates.
• Take a consultative approach, providing feedback on market conditions, candidate expectations, and best recruitment practices, while responsibly pushing back when necessary.
• Coordinate global activities such as referrals, vacancy lists, and other required activities.

• Highly motivated recruitment professional with either agency or internal recruitment background.
• 3–5 years of end‑to‑end recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting high volumes of roles across multiple disciplines.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with candidates and hiring managers.
• Highly organized and able to manage recruitment workload and pipeline independently.
• Availability for a 6‑month contract role.

The compensation range for this position is $53,400 – $87,500, influenced by location, role, skills, and experience. Additional rewards may include short‑term incentive bonuses and merit increases.
