Please note that this is a 6‑month contract role. It can be performed from either Toronto, Canada or Schaumburg, IL, USA.
Responsibilities- Manage a dedicated recruitment portfolio across multiple verticals.
- Partner with hiring leaders to formulate and execute recruitment strategies.
- Sourcing and managing talent from applications, headhunting, and referrals to fill vacant roles and build talent pools for future needs.
- Support hiring managers in interviews to ensure a fair and equal process.
- Provide timely and meaningful candidate feedback.
- Deliver a premium recruitment experience for hiring managers, internal stakeholders, and candidates.
- Take a consultative approach, providing feedback on market conditions, candidate expectations, and best recruitment practices, while responsibly pushing back when necessary.
- Coordinate global activities such as referrals, vacancy lists, and other required activities.
- Highly motivated recruitment professional with either agency or internal recruitment background.
- 3–5 years of end‑to‑end recruitment experience.
- Experience recruiting high volumes of roles across multiple disciplines.
- Strong relationship‑building skills with candidates and hiring managers.
- Highly organized and able to manage recruitment workload and pipeline independently.
- Availability for a 6‑month contract role.

CompensationThe compensation range for this position is $53,400 – $87,500, influenced by location, role, skills, and experience. Additional rewards may include short‑term incentive bonuses and merit increases.
