Who you are

You have a diploma or degree in Human Resources, or related discipline.

You have 3+ years of generalist experience in human resources.

You may have a CPHR designation.

You have strong knowledge in provincial employment legislation across Canada and hospitality operations.

You have strong communication (written and verbal), attention to detail, organizational, analytical, problem solving, customer service, interpersonal, active listening, prioritization, multi-tasking, and MS Office skills.

You are able to work independently and within a team, manage confidential information, and build strong working relationships with empathy and composure.
