Talent Manager
We’re building a new team within People and are looking for a People Advisor to manage day‑to‑day casework across performance, conduct, and policy‑related issues. This role executes early flags, probation cases, attendance concerns, policy guidance, and formal PIPs, maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring consistent application of Perk people policies worldwide.
What you’ll do:- Reinforce leader‑led decisions by co‑piloting ER cases with managers on case approach and each step of ER case management.
- Own day‑to‑day casework, including performance management, probation, attendance, behavioural concerns, and policy queries.
- Ensure compliance and maintain accurate and complete documentation for each case.
- Provide data insights and highlight trends or early flags to ensure early intervention.
- Ensure efficiency in case management and minimise case timelines from open to resolution.
- Partner across the People Team and wider business to ensure smooth alignment and delivery of ER cases.
- Manager satisfaction with co‑pilot support provided on cases.
- Timely progression of cases and reduced delays.
- Strong partnership with People Team and wider business.
- Clear, reliable case data that supports planning and risk reduction.
- High documentation accuracy and compliance.
- Demonstrable experience and knowledge of employee relations processes, and experience in at least two of Perk’s largest locations (Spain, UK, Boston, or Chicago).
- Strong experience managing multiple ER cases, particularly performance and conduct cases.
- Ability to organise, document, and track ER matters with accuracy.
- Strong judgement and ability to follow structured case processes while applying good judgement when alternative approaches are required.
