Job Title: Benefits Administrator (Contract)

About Our Client: Addison Group is hiring for our client, a well‑established professional services organization operating nationally with a largely remote workforce.
Job Description: The Benefits Administrator will support the day‑to‑day administration of U.S.
-based employee benefits programs for a multi‑state workforce. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate benefits processing, supporting employee inquiries, and assisting with compliance‑related activities.
- Administer and maintain employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and retirement plans
- Process benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations with accuracy and timeliness
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to benefits coverage, eligibility, and processes
- Assist with open enrollment activities, employee communications, and benefits education
- Ensure benefits data is properly maintained within HRIS and payroll systems
- Support compliance efforts related to federal and state benefits regulations
- Coordinate with external vendors and carriers to resolve issues and ensure service quality
- Maintain organized benefits documentation and assist with reporting needs
- 2+ years of experience in benefits administration or human resources
- Experience supporting U.S.
-based, multi‑state employee populations - Familiarity with employee benefits programs and general compliance requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
- Comfortable working with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred (not required)
- Experience with Paycom is a plus
- Contract role estimated at 3+ months
- Fully remote role supporting Central Time business hours
