Talent Recruiter - Sales & Success (Remote) (Contractual)

Price Labs is seeking an experienced Talent Recruiter (Non-Tech) to own the full hiring lifecycle for Sales & Success roles on a 1‑year contractual basis. The role is remote and available for candidates residing in India, Spain, or Portugal.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end hiring funnel for Sales & Success openings.
• Review and evaluate applicant qualifications.
• Identify and engage both active and passive talent across global markets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on job descriptions, compensation, and sourcing strategy.
• Post and update job listings across internet sites, social networks, and staffing partners.
• Respond to internal and external candidate inquiries in a timely manner.
• Manage post‑offer engagement process for selected candidates.
• Ensure a smooth recruiting experience for all candidates.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of talent acquisition experience at a B2B SaaS company.
• Proven end‑to‑end recruitment life cycle expertise.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to sell organization value proposition.
• Experience with interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
• Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems and computer tools.
• High integrity, strong work ethic, and confidentiality.
• Record of hiring for Sales & Success and other go‑to‑market roles.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Process orientation, organization, and follow‑up skills.
