• Minimum 5+ years of professional HR experience (Consulting, Business Partnering, Talent Management, or Organizational Development)
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote work environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to learn and apply new digital tools
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
• Marketing or digital outreach experience is an asset

• Demonstrated success applying HR expertise to diverse organizational contexts
