About the RoleWithin this role you will help to ensure our candidates experience a smooth and positive recruitment process, and that they are treated as people and not numbers, whilst supporting clients in the effective delivery of their talent acquisition strategies.
End-to-end management of recruitment processes
Managing and processing job applications
Assessing candidate CVs and profiles
Interviewing and screening application
Proactive sourcing of suitable candidates for niche and specialist roles
Creating, editing and posting engaging job adverts
Managing and updating the company Linked In page
Providing general administrative support to the recruitment team
This is a delivery focussed role with no business development or sales expectation, but if that is a skill you would like to develop or utilise we can integrate that in to the role.
RequirementsWe are looking for someone who is:
Highly computer and systems literate, confident using online tools and platforms
Detail-oriented and organised, with strong attention to accuracy
Fast learner with the ability to pick up technical concepts quickly, and to manage and screen for a range of roles and requirements across them
Deadline-focused, able to manage your own workload and prioritise effectively
Candidate-focused, with a genuine interest in providing a positive experience for job seekers
Interested in sustainability and the technologies and projects that support this
In addition, the following experience is essential:
- Previous experience as a recruitment consultant or as an internal recruiter for UK based projects or companies
- Experience handling end to end recruitment projects within technical environments, environmental consultancy, engineering, or project development.
